Property Modification

All exterior changes require approval from the Association before any work may begin.
All exterior changes require review and approval from the Architectural Review Committee. The Committee has up to 30 days to review and respond to requests. Please include all pertinent information with your submission, this will help minimize possible delays. The Committee may request additional information that may prolong a response.
 
Please note:
  1. Fences cannot obstruct the flow of surface water or water in any drainage easement. Maintenance of the homeowner’s property outside the fence is the responsibility of the homeowner.
  2. The following required documents must be submitted for the timely processing of your application.
  3. Obtaining required city/county building permits or inspections are the responsibility of the homeowner.
